The Blackwater River is the ONLY pristine sand river left in the United States, so unique that the State of Florida purchased and designated it as a State Forest.

Blackwater Canoe offers a complete round trip service. We meet you at the end point of the river trip, park you, transport you upstream to the launch point. Toward the end of your trip you will encounter the Blackwater State Park. It offers large pavilions, restrooms and outdoor showers. You will end your trip back at your car. Simply beach your canoe, tube, or kayak .

BLACKWATER CANOE RENTAL RESERVATION LINES ARE OPEN 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week during the season. We reserve the right to alter schedules due to weather and river conditions.

BLACKWATER CANOE RENTAL is now open year-round for your canoeing pleasure. We offer an exceptionally good group discount on the Blackwater River. Please call for further information. We also offer special rates for church groups, scout troops and other organizations. The minimum price per canoe is the price of two adults. Children under 12 are free when they ride in the same canoe with 2 paying customers.
